Q275 steel
Q275 steel is a carbon structural steel in China. "Q" is the first letter of Chinese spelling of "Qu Fu Dian", translated as Yield Strength, "275" is a abbreviation for the unit value "275 MPa" (It is an experimental value measured with a 16mm steel bar), so it is called Q275 steel.
Characteristics of Q275 steel
Q275 steel has higher strength, better plasticity and cutting performance, has certain welding performance, and small parts can be quenched and strengthened.
Application of Q275 steel
Q275 steel is mostly used to manufacture parts with higher strength, such as gears, shafts, sprocket wheels, keys, bolts, nuts, agricultural machinery steel, conveyor chains and chain links.

The external standard is: GB / T709-2006 "Dimensions, shape, weight and allowable deviation of hot-rolled steel plates and strips",
The internal standard is: GB / T3274-2007 "Carbon structural steel and low alloy structural steel hot rolled thick steel plate and steel strip"

Q275 steel quality grade symbols are A, B, C, D (Q275A, Q275B, Q275C, Q275D). The sulfur content of Q275A, Q275B, Q275C, and Q275D decreases in turn。
