Features and scope of Grade 8 Steel:
It is an extremely soft carbon steel, with low strength and hardness, and extremely high toughness and plasticity. It has good cold workability, welding performance such as deep drawing, drawing, bending and upsetting. However, there is aging sensitivity, and the hardenability and hardenability are extremely low.

Grade 8 Steel is mostly rolled into high-precision thin plates or cold-rolled steel strips to produce easy-to-machine, low-strength deep-drawn or deep-drawn covering parts and welded components.

Delivery without heat treatment or heat treatment (annealing, normalizing or high temperature tempering). If the delivery is required in the heat treatment state, it shall be specified in the contract. If it is not specified, the delivery shall be made without heat treatment.
